About the Space
Our studio is an affordable, natural light photo studio based in East Pilsen. With ample street parking, a freight elevator, and a studio manager to let you in, It is an easily accessible space to bring your creative project to life. The 700 sq. ft of white walls, hardwood floors, and two huge east facing windows make the perfect backdrop for your photo or video production. The fabric and paper backdrops perfectly accompany the array of chairs, boxes, and plants available to you during your time in the studio. The 8’ table is perfect for a hair and makeup station, meeting, gear, etc. The bathroom located in the studio is a great changing room. The shower also makes an easy cleanup for a messy, creative shoot! A small kitchenette with a mini fridge and wifi will keep your crew happy and content during the shoot. This is a space for creative ideas to flourish, dreams to come to life, and a fresh space of inspiration. We are excited to see what you create in the space! Included with Rental: - Wifi - Fabric backdrops - Backdrop stand - Props include: apple boxes, 2 stools, 10 chairs, plants, mugs, etc. - Clothing Rack (x approx 45 hangers) - Jiffy Steamer - Styling Kit - Mini Fridge Paper Backdrops are available for $20 per roll. Colors include: - Black - White - Tan/grey - Cream - Dark Blue - Red - Orange Please request the colors you want to use at the time of booking.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Such a besutiful, clean space. Rebekah Is super helpful, kind and flexible. She’s everything you want in a host and her space provides anything and everything you can think of. Just ensure you come in with everything you need because the freight elevator is only available with the owner. The stairs are killer and in this heat, no joke.
