Ravenswood Natural Light Studio with Neutral Living Room and Holiday Decor

There is some street parking available but does require a permit during Cubs Games.

The two large west-facing windows in the main part of the studio providing ample light starting at 8 am. Light gets brighter throughout the day but is most consistent from 10 till 2 typically with a gorgeous golden hour in the late afternoon for the winter. Our sunset is 1 hour before actual sunset due to a building across the street.

We are across the street from a metra track and with in ear shot of the CTA.You can hear neighboring sounds from time to time but not often.

Stairs, Freight Elevator

There is a loading zone for large trucks located next to the door. If loading from a u-haul or vehicle, items will need to be passed up to the loading dock. When loading in the front door, there is a 6-inch curb to get in the door. Vehicles should be moved after loading.

The storage room can be used for staging.

There are several 4-patch outlets around the space with provided extension cords and surge protectors to use as well. The circuit breaker is located on the wall in the storage room.

• No smoking in the building • No alcohol allowed after 8pm • No Loud music • No Removing any art from the walls • No Illegal Activity • No Drug Use • No Animals • NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER - The use of glitter or confetti may result in an additional cleaning fee of $118 • Furniture may be moved with the exception of the fireplace display, the large window pane mirror, and display shelves. Any moved furniture must be moved back to where you found it. • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking • Guest must also remove any excess trash (more than the allotted trash cans) Anything bagged can be taken to the building dumpsters, anything larger than that must be removed from the premises by the guest • The disco ball is not a toy. Rolling the disco ball around as such will result in a damages fee. Please avoid rolling it when possible and pick it up. Disco balls are made of glass and should be treated as such. • Seamless paper rolls may not be used by peerspace guests. Usage of such will result in a usage fee.

Furniture can be moved around the space but not removed. With the exception of the large window pane mirror. That can not be moved as it is extremely heavy and dangerous. Furniture and decor must be returned to their original location before the end of your rental.
