About the Space

This space is great for lifestyle or product photography shoots as well as intimate events. A movable background wall, as well as seamless roll holders, are available for photoshoots. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

I'm a photographer and I used this gorgeous space for a headshot swap/branding images with another photographer! We both absolutely loved this sunny, bright, spacious studio. Beautifully appointed with everything we could need, without being overdone, and plenty of space! We both agreed we'd absolutely rent this space again for our clients. When the time flew by and we needed another hour to finish our project, the contact number was answered immediately and Madison made it super easy to tack on additional time. 10/10 Experience start to finish. Thank you!

No, I would not book again.

Nice place and great customer service. I just wished the air was on. Sweating and doing a photoshoot isn’t a good combination. It’s too far from my house and the traffic is horrible. It took us 30 mins to go 5 miles. This is the only reason I won’t be back, but it was a beautiful spot.

Absolutely wonderful space! So versatile and great pieces of furniture for various looks. The natural light is divine! Communication was wonderful and easy as well. And parking and access to the building stress free too. I will definitely be using this space again!
