Ample free street parking in the area.
General Rules
On site gear rental company. They supply photo and video gear (grip, electric, dolly, production supplies) for shoots in our spaces. We do not allow outside gear rentals into the studios
We also have an on-site set construction company. They are located next door to the Main Studio. Fabrication has designed and built many sets for shoots at Hook. The shop can build your set in studio prior to the shoot. Send us a message, if you’d like to inquire about set fabrication for the shoot.
Additionally, we also have a 40,000+ inventory of furniture, backdrops, flats, floors, rugs, florals, etc. It’s a great resource for jobs shooting in either space. Send us a message or check out the inventory on our site.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- HEPA filters installed in the Main Studio HVAC system
- Hand Sanitizer available at studio entrance
- Touchless sinks installed in the bathroom
- EQ will be disinfected prior to delivery and upon return to the shop
- All Hook employees and all productions are required to wear a mask while in the studio
- Hook has masks and gloves available for productions to purchase
- No contact thermometers provided at studio entrance
- Plexiglass dividers are available in the Main Studio to encourage social distancing
- VIP Room can be completely closed off, should select personnel wish to be at the studio while not in studio
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
