Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Nestled in Seattle's vibrant University District, Studio 220 on the Ave is located in a charming, turn of the century building. With 7 foot windows stretching across the north wall, the studio provides soft, dreamy light at all times throughout the day. A natural light photographer's dream! Everything in the studio is able to be moved, taken off the walls, or folded down, except the mini fridge. The space is versatile to fit your needs! PLEASE NOTE: the studio is located on the second level of an old building that does not have an elevator. There are about 20 or so steps to enter through the main entrance and the staircase is wide with steeper stairs.

Parking description

Street parking is available nearby the studio for up to 2 or 4 hours depending on where you park. Street parking is free on holidays and Sundays; otherwise it's 50 cents for every 30 minutes. UW Seattle is a block away with paid underground parking below Kane Hall. If you're willing to walk, then Greek Row (north of UW Seattle) has free residential street parking.

General Rules

• Guests are welcome to use the folding bed frame, queen size air mattress, gold headboard, couch, desk, chairs, and clothing rack. Clean bedding/sheets/blankets are offered as an add-on, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please be careful not to damage the furniture or walls of the studio! • Bottled water is available to guests in the mini fridge. Any other beverage/item in the fridge is not available to guests • No smoking or vaping inside the building • Please do not allow people unrelated to your reservation into the building for safety reasons • No pets in the studio without permission • Do not open the windows in the studio for safety reasons
