Nestled in Seattle's vibrant University District, Studio 220 on the Ave is located in a charming, turn of the century building. With 7 foot windows stretching across the north wall, the studio provides soft, dreamy light at all times throughout the day. A natural light photographer's dream! Everything in the studio is able to be moved, taken off the walls, or folded down, except the mini fridge. The space is versatile to fit your needs! PLEASE NOTE: the studio is located on the second level of an old building that does not have an elevator. There are about 20 or so steps to enter through the main entrance and the staircase is wide with steeper stairs.

Super friendly and the space was perfect. Host was responsive and set up the bed for us after being just a little late.

Perfect for an afternoon photoshoot. Looks exactly like the pictures, the furniture is easy to move around, sheer curtains offer daytime privacy while still letting in plenty of light. Host was easy to communicate with, no issues. Would definitely use again.

This is a beautiful studio very clean! With great natural light. I loved there was a little fridge with water available too. Stormy is very responsive and easy to work with. I needed more time for my session, I called Stormy to see how to add more time as it would not allow me on the app although there wasn’t anyone booked after me. She answered quickly and accommodated the additional hour I needed. While I loved this studio very much, it is not ADL accessible. For any postpartum woman or ADL person the stairs are a lot. Even though there is only 20 stairs and less stairs at the other entrance they are pretty steep. There is no elevator. I did ask about the stairs ahead of time and I underestimated how steep they would be when I found out there was only 20. As a postpartum woman, I literally could feel my stitching (not fun). Parking is also very hectic in this area. I would book again but only once I am fully healed. If you are in a wheel chair then this studio is impossible to access.
