Available for full day bookings only (10hr). The space is a sleek and modern home with an outstanding fireplace feature. Ample yard space, pool, 4 car garage and theatre. Pricing listed is for 15-20 person still photography shoots. Please inquire with host for 20+ or commercial/video shoots. Daily Rentals only. Home is occupied and overnight shoots will need prior approval/add’l fees will apply. Film/commercial/video – Location manager fee applies Residential shoot hours: 7am – 9pm

SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. A certificate of insurance is required- General liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and in the aggregate for property damage and bodily injury, naming Owner and Independent Artist, Inc. as Additional Insureds OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. General Host Rules: For multi day shoots, overnight storage of equipment, props, merchandise or production supplies on location must be approved prior to shoot. Additional fees may apply. Light fixtures may be removed/raised with approval but must be handled by a professional (additional fee may apply). Walls can be repainted a different color but must be pre-approved by host. Additional fees will apply. Pet boarding fees may apply. Furniture can be moved with permission from host. Please photograph the arrangement of all rooms and return contents to their original placement if moved. No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed back materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls or building. No tape allowed on concrete floors. Please don’t place anything or lean against the walls. Indoor shoots- heavy equipment should be placed on top of moving blankets and camera equipment should have tennis balls on the bottom of legs. Food and drink not allowed to be served or consumed inside the house- please arrange designated food/drink areas with the host ahead of time. Trash- Guests are required to empty and remove trash at the end of each shoot day and booking. Guest provides trashcans and bags. Restrooms available on site – please discuss with host at start of shoot which ones to use. Guests provide hand wash, hand towels and toilet paper. Guests bring folding tables and chairs for crew to use- not provided on site. No smoking anywhere on property. No oil based smoke machines allowed. Additional house rules may apply depending on the property. Inquire with host at time of booking.
