Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Great for photo and video shoots. There is space for hair/makeup, wardrobe, and a full service kitchen. The space is a spacious two bed two bath with high ceilings and an outdoor patio. Large Living room window offers the perfect amount of natural light. Fully furnished and backdrops can be made available upon advance request.

General Rules

-TIME- You’re scheduled booking must include both set up and clean up times. Overtime fees will apply. You are welcome to request an extension for your booking, however this is contingent upon the schedule for the day. If you are late, you will not receive extra time at the end of your booking. - SMOKING- Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the building or on the patio. -MUSIC- Music below a certain noise level is permitted (playing from laptops and cells phones). Speakers are not permitted , Violators will quickly be fined and asked to leave the premises. -GUESTS- Should more guests than originally booked arrive during your reservation, you will be charged an additional $10 per hour per person. -NO SHOES ARE PERMITTED ON THE RUGS - DO NOT move the key fob, should it be lost or removed from the property, you will be charged a fee of $200. -Wall art and furniture can not be moved as it will cause damage to the floors.
