About the Space

Our renovated studio in the Southside area of Jacksonville features 1200 square feet of studio space + small additional lobby area. The studio features AC, sound system, and hardwood studio flooring. Pricing is subject to change based on nature of booking. The base rate is for rental of the studio itself for dance/yoga use. Other uses of the entire space will be considered case by case and rates determined accordingly.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

It was plenty of space to practice my choreography for an upcoming event. The space had good lighting and very clean. I would definitely book again.
