All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is a spacious and modern spot for networking mixers, team outings, customer appreciation get together, wedding reception cocktails, wine or beer pop-ups. Elevation397 Lounge features craft beer, local Livermore Wine, with beautiful sights of the airport runway and hills in the background. Located at the Livermore Airport in the Terminal Building, the setting and ambiance couldn't be any more beautiful for any special occasion and the food is amazing.

General Rules

No outside food. No outside alcohol. Contract required. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Cleaning fee is included as part of the rental fee. Service is required.
