Our modern industrial arthouse is in Rockville, Maryland, located just blocks away from Rockville Metro Station and Downtown Rockville. This newly renovated art gallery design space is the ideal location for events, productions, it has 650sq. ft of multi-functional space, with a 20 ft ceilings and a fully functional garage door. We can also boast of a private parking lot perfect for outside functions. We are ideal for, but not limited to... PRIVATE EVENTS: - perfect for product launches, networking events, fashion shows, dinner parties, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, movie nights, receptions, bridal/baby showers, video premier. - Located near the heart of Rockville, MD. -650 sq ft main space - Modern details: High ceilings, rustic cement flooring, color changing lightbulbs, custom artwork, fully functional garage door, restroom, POP UP BOUTIQUE SPACES - Perfect for Pop Up stores, for fashion, apparel and accessories, product design and industrial design. GALLERY/ART EXHIBITIONS - The stark open space serve as a blank canvas for any art exhibition. The artwork on the walls are custom painted by Nationally recognized artists. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

No, I would not book again.

Very genuine personal here, just be mindful when or if you need to cancel or reschedule your bookings due inclement weather that you can’t do anything about, Norefund or anything was giving. So that is what it is, But there’s a lesson always meant to be learnt.

Communication was prompt and accommodating. The venue was great for what I needed it to be. Parking was easy and the location was very easy to find and convenient for hotel and shopping.

Yes, I would book again.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly! I coordinated everything virtually, and my decorator and additional vendors were able to communicate with the hosts as well. The space is intimate, clean, and inviting!

This venue is incredibly beautiful with its evocative artwork, and it appeared as advertised. From the moment I requested the space until our event wrapped up, Grail was a perfect host for my daughter's 18th birthday party. I had a million questions and Emmanuel was responsive, professional, polite, and friendly with each interaction. He even contacted me the morning of my event to confirm and asked if I had any outstanding questions. The space has a WOW factor and created a natural starting off point for our guests to mingle and discuss the art, and overall the space has a cool vibe for whatever you may choose to do in the space. I would definitely book Grail again in a heartbeat, and I am excited to visit art exhibitions in the future. A big thank you to Grail!

I absolutely loved the venue and the hosts! The venue itself was beautifully decorated with the art and the lights really made the night pop. The hosts were really nice and accommodating. Overall a great experience.

This place we nice! The host were great and had it ready before the scheduled time! Nice Place to throw a party. Only down fall is the neighbors the called the police 3 times but the cops were super chill. I would definitely book again
