All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
5 bedroom Edwardian home built in 1907 in leafy Palmers Green, Zone 3. The property is over three floors and has a large kitchen, leading onto a 70 ft garden. In addition, the property features 3 bathrooms and 2 receptions. It measures 2400 square feet, and features pergolas and a 2000 litre 6-person hot tub in the rear established gardens, where there are over 70 varieties of plants. It's light with high ceilings giving a variety of filming options with views to Alexandra Palace. There is free street parking outside. Space is great for photo shoots, film shoots, editorials, commercial shoots, brand shoots, filming and other production needs.

Lighting description
3.5m high ceilings for rigging. Natural light comes from enormous skylights in the kitchen. There is always a room that has shade across the three floors. There are two large working original 1907 grand fire places. Our feedback is continually about the vast space available for cast and crew in production.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
It's a quiet north London street set well back from the road. It's almost silent in the back of the house. There is no noise inside the house which is all double glazed.

The front door is over 1.1 metres wide. There is free street parking outside.A wide hallway with 3.5m ceilings allows kit to be moved in with ease.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
NOISE
No music can be played in the gardens of the property after 9pm, unless at ambient levels, which neighbours cannot hear.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and decorations can be moved around, but no-repainting of walls is permitted, sorry. Nudity is allowed, but no pornography. No music is allowed outside after 9pm, except ambient sound that cannot be heard by neighbours.

There are security cameras on the external parts of the property for safety.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
This was a fantastic house - just as advertised, beautiful rooms and modern decor and lots of space for our crew and models to move around in. Super easy booking process and the host was really helpful and very responsive to any questions. I will definitely be recommending this space to my colleagues and will book again for future projects.
