Unique 1850'ies large stone single - 7000sqft. Originially Quaker family (Emlen) built. Possibly used for underground railroad. Original moldings and character. Many various spaces: pool room, gallery, conference/ large dining table oak room, combined kitchen dining area, artist attic space, multiple different character bedrooms plus half an actress yard space. Situated in historic center of Germantown close to US capitol in 1793. Budding national landmarks like previous Germantown academy which was rented by US congress 1793/94.
