About the Space
Located in Bloomfield New Jersey, the property offers a beautiful space great for any small short film or screenplay production. Your set is located in unit 1 of a two unit building. You will have the ability to use unit 2 as a separate holding area. We do provide a parking space for one vehicle and the option to rent our white 640i BMW convertible or white supercharged Range Rover for your shoot. Vehicles are subject to availability.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
