-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. -No loitering in front of the property or in the neighbors driveway. -Renter is responsible for any damages to property that may have been caused by the Renter and/or the Renter’s guests. Renter’s are required to adhere to the Backyard Rules posted on the walls/backdoor and are required to ensure their guests honor them as well. Owner and/or host will use reasonable best efforts to report any damages or loss of property to the Renter on the day of the Event, however, some things may not be noticed until after the Event ends. Host reserves the right to make a thorough inspection of the property and identify/assess damages within five (5) business days of the event. If damage has occurred, we will provide an itemized list to the Renter and host will invoice renter for payment in full or deduct expenses from deposit. Note: We will make reasonable best efforts to repair all damages prior to contacting renter in the event equipment can be fixed on site
