General Rules: Please keep the studio door closed at all times during your booking. Please arrive ON TIME of booking unless communicated ahead of time of delay. 15 minute grace period allowed. If you pass the grace period, your booking may be forfeited. Small dogs are allowed. No smoking inside. For your convenience we have created a special smoking area outside the studio. Your set up/clean up time is included in your booking. Lost key = $150 charge. You break something, you buy it. Free coffee and tea. Children under 12 are not allowed in the space. An exception may be discussed separately. Production insurance is not required. Furniture moved must be put back in its original place safely prior to checking out or an additional $30 moving fee will be charged. We do ask that our guests return the studio to the condition they found it in to avoid a $200 fee. Nudity is allowed. Security cameras will be present for your safety and our protection; please let us know if this would like to be rearranged. There are two recording cameras in the unit: one on top of the corner near the entrance and one in the office. We use disinfectant spray for all commonly touched surfaces to ensure health safety. We have a large ventilation system in addition to our HEPA filters for cleaner air. We have installed a sink inside the studio for proper hand washing with soap.
