About the Space

Deposit will be required for all rentals. Amount depends, $750 to $2,500 paid at booking. Numbers of people must be conformed. Penthouse flat with roof top for your purpose or negotiate for smaller usage. Normally Penthouse flat and the roof top Roof top stand alone Penthouse stand alone If the middle flat is available, that can be combined or stand alone All questions and negotiations are welcome. 1 to 300 people. Each floor is about 1,300 sf without the bedrooms, 1,500 sf for the roof top So 300 people can be accommodated for all 3 floors. Valet parking might be needed or van pool. Wedding photos, the bedrooms served as dressing room. Martin's space was perfect for our company holiday party after the team hadn't been able to gather during COVID. The weather was perfect for the open air rooftop and the location was great! Coordinating with Martin was super easy and he was very accommodating for our party.

Nice space, very accommodating host that stayed on top of communication leading up to the date of the booking. I will say - the listing is a little confusing about what is included in the rate. The photos make it seem like the entire home is included, but after I requested to book I was informed that I would need to pay more for rooftop access. Luckily, Martin was helpful in answering my questions about what was included and he was understanding when I let him know I did not have the budget to pay more, allowing me to book at the original rate listed.
