The space has skylights, sliders and semi-sheer curtains that allow for natural light. Blackout curtains can be supplied upon request. Also, note the house is very rustic, as there is mushroom wood throughout. As a result, Video or photo productions would need to bring extra light for recording or shoots. Natural light is the brightest between 7am- 2pm.

The house is located in a large cul-de-sac with houses in immediate vicinity spread apart. Although very private and secluded (especially during Spring and Summer), I suppose very loud music could be heard by neighbors which is why we ask for quiet time by midnight. Otherwise, the street is not busy and ambient noise is minimal, if existent at all.

Loading/Supply trucks can pull into the courtyard and supplies may be brought through the basement into the main house.

There are 4 bedrooms, any can be used as a staging area.

Please call the owner if need be. There are 2 circuit breakers for the house and multiple outlets (guidebook with areas highlighted to be supplied)

Dont's: -No smoking in the home or perimeter, there is wood everywhere- so, please don’t burn down the house, lol! -House has a septic system, please no wipes or paper towels in the toilet -There are several wastebaskets around the house and a recyclable container in the basement. Please use them, as the toilet is not one of them. - NO PARTIES, but small venues ok, ie., showers, dinners, reunions, etc. -Don't add extra water to the hot-tub - Although secluded, the home is a part of a large cul-de-sac, Quiet hours after midnight. Do's: -Small venues are permitted, ie., showers, dinners, reunions, weddings, etc. -Pets are welcomed! Please curb your dog, as this is not a state park! HOT TUB: WARNING: Use of spa hot tub, and/or fireplace carries risk that may result in serious injury or death, and unsupervised use by children is prohibited. Elderly persons, pregnant ladies, infants and anyone subject to heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, strokes, epilepsy or similar afflictions should not enter a spa alone and without consulting their physician. Never use a spa while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are taking medication of any kind, or being treated for any illness, consult your physician prior to use of spa. Spa should be kept at a temperature less than 104 ̊ for personal safety. Supervise children at all times to decrease risk of injury or drowning. Before anyone uses hot tub, the undersigned agrees to test safety of water by checking temperature and chemistry, test kit is provided in box by hot tub. If bromine or pH level are not within an acceptable range, directions and chemicals are also included in box. Spa must be shocked (add spa oxidizer and natural and clear, see house manual for instructions ) frequently to prevent bacterial growth and possibility of contracting communicable skin disorders, and bathers should shower immediately after use. It is the renter’s responsibility to check chemical levels. By using the spa, THE UNDERSIGNED and guests hereby ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon area. THE UNDERSIGNED hereby certifies that he/she and guests (they) have adequate insurance to cover any injury, illness or damage that may be caused or suffered while in or upon area, or else agrees to bear the costs of such damage or injury. The undersigned further that he/she/they have no medical conditions which would interfere with use of hot tub, climbing stairs, etc. or else assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition and expressly acknowledges such physical activities are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any provision is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force. -If using the hot tub please add (2) chemicals at end of the day: (1) 2 ounces of spa activator ( blue top) and (2) natural & clear ( purple top). The chemicals and measuring cup are in the two boxes beside the hot tub and help maintain the water. Thanks
