The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A serene & fun vacation home in the best part of Calabasas; 30 minutes away from the Ocean and Malibu; lots of surrounding nature and hiking trails, typical American peaceful suburbia. It has a big pool, hot tub, pool floats, BBQ, sun loungers, fire pit, corn hole game, indoor pool table & Home Gym with a full-size MMA/punching bag, Yoga/workout room, watch movies/TV shows on a big home projector & 50-inch TV in Master Bedroom as well as a 42-inch in the guest bedroom. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen area, living room, dining room as well as a games room. Garage has been converted into a home gym. Lot size is 0.25 acres and the house is 2,800 sqft inside. Guests may use inside and outside. Large, private backyard is perfect for production, photoshoots, yoga retreats and events. This traditional, remodeled, farmhouse style 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is almost 3,000 sqft and is a peaceful home with a beautiful large outdoor yard and pool area with jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, Pool table & a Home Gym! Perfect for entertaining, family vacations, zen retreat, business retreats, a romantic getaway, attending Los Angeles events, etc. Watch movies/TV shows in the Living room or Master Bedroom with access to Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Peacock, Prime Video, etc. WIFI - Very fast internet and perfect for those working remotely. Our home is fully-furnished and has everything you may need to make your stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible. NO SMOKING. If you are a smoker, this is not the home for you. Pets - Accepted on a case-by-case basis. A pet deposit & pet fee will be added to each booking. Water machine - we have left a few bottles of spring water for the water machine. *Master bedroom closet is off-limits and locked with our personal belongings. Perfect for production and long stays. Also available for long term rental.

General Rules

No smoking indoors, no pets. Floor runners to be used for production equipment. Property to be left in the same condition as delivered. DAMAGE - If tenant causes any damage to the home, the tenant will be responsible to pay for any damages caused. Please take good care of the home, as if it was your home.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
