All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The Working Class Film studio, an ideal space for photo & film production. The studio offers an abundance of natural light, but is also black-out capable. Roughly 1000 sq/ft, with 12’ ceilings 10’ FOBA Salon Stand (6) 40” C-Stands, (8) 20” C-Stands (2) Full Apple Box Sets, (18) 20-Pound Sand Bags (2) Equipment Carts, with Various Grip Large Bathroom For Wardrobe Changes (2) Industrial Clothing Racks Gated Parking Lot can Host Two Full Size Grip Trucks ALEN Breathe Smart HEPA Air Filter **Seamless, Expendables, Hot Lights, iMac with Capture One, Stage Curtain and Additional Office Space available upon request.
