Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to our newly renovated, globally-inspired modern home right in the heart of East Point, GA. Nestled in the diverse Eagan Park neighborhood, we are within minutes from Downtown Atlanta, Woodward Academy, Tyler Perry Studios, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms split between two floors. All 3 bedrooms are on the main level. Two out of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's and one bedroom has a dedicated office desk with a HP monitor and multiple cable inputs. Bonus loft space over the kitchen makes for a perfect backdrop for photos!

Asha and Danny were such a dream to work with and their space is beautiful! The decorating is impeccable and the space is very versatile while the location is easy to get to and conveniently located near many things a film shoot needs. Asha and Danny were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend filming here!

Asha was the best host we have ever had the pleasure of working with on Peerspace. Great communication, accommodated us on a last min request to extend and even baked our crew cupcakes. It doesn't get any better than that. The location is exactly as described. We were filming interviews and worried about possible noise with the location being so close to the airport. In the end, it was a nonissue. We didn't hear a thing. I'd defiantly book again.
