About the Space
Welcome to our newly renovated, globally-inspired modern home right in the heart of East Point, GA. Nestled in the diverse Eagan Park neighborhood, we are within minutes from Downtown Atlanta, Woodward Academy, Tyler Perry Studios, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms split between two floors. All 3 bedrooms are on the main level. Two out of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's and one bedroom has a dedicated office desk with a HP monitor and multiple cable inputs. Bonus loft space over the kitchen makes for a perfect backdrop for photos!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

From the time of booking until we left, the hosts communicated well. The space looked exactly like the pictures listed. We were able to enter the space with ease. There was enough parking in the driveway, and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely book again.

This space is BEAUTIFUL & more spacious than the photos credited it. We used it for a content day to tape videos for our nonprofit organization. My social media team loved it. Every room was well renovated and the host was so nice & accommodating. I definitely plan to come back!
