Our versatile, event space is the perfect canvas for your next social event, pop-up shop, art showing or whatever you can dream of. This spacious industrial space is known for its high ceilings, exposed ductwork and beautiful acoustics. You can display its beauty as is or accentuate it with your style to create a memorable experience for your attendees. This versatile event space is only 20 minutes away from Hartfield-Jackson International Airport, near Atlanta’s most sought out attractions, and close to a variety of restaurants meeting any palette or any budget. Nearby, there are several hotels and state of the are accommodations that can host your attendees visiting the ATL or your staycation. Feel free to bring additional lighting, AV, or mic equipment. Also, there are no restrictions on providing small bites, hiring your favorite caterer, or providing your attendees with the perfect meal. This is gem is ready and waiting for you to book today. 1. No smoking allowed in the building. 2. Outside catering is allowed. 3. Please leave the room in the same condition as you found it including putting all trash in receptacles or bags and cleaning up any spills. The host will remove all trash bags. 4. Do not hang or mount anything to the walls. Any damage to the walls may incur an additional repair fee to be determined upon assessment of needed repair. Please inform your host prior to leaving if any damage has occurred. 5. No excessive noise (very loud music, yelling, etc.) during business hours unless otherwise approved by the host. Please keep in mind that others may be working in the office space during your event. 6. Restrooms are located in the office space. When you enter the main hallway, walk straight until you see a sign above a door that says, “Restrooms.” Walkthrough the door. The women’s restroom will be to your immediate left. The men’s restroom will be straight ahead on the left-hand side. 7. The space you have rented is the training room, lounge with access to the restrooms. Please do not set up in the common hallway or other areas of the office space. Please do not loiter in common areas of the building during your rental time. 8. Your rental time starts and ends at the designated time agreed upon during your booking. This includes set up and clean up. Guests who remain in the event space more than 15 minutes after their end time will incur an additional fee of $100 for every half hour over the end time and time is rounded to the nearest half-hour. For example, if your rental time ends at 5:00 and you remain in the space until 5:15, you are charged an extra $100. 9. You are not allowed to use any equipment (i.e. tables, chairs, whiteboards, audio visual equipment, etc) outside of the equipment you have contracted for. If you are found to have used unauthorized equipment you will be charged the going rental fee for said equipment.
