Approximately 3,000 Sq Ft of workable office space, perfect for: - Team Meetings - Offsite Events - Sales/Strategy Planning - Work Space - After Hours Events Dedicated Coffee Bar with large open bar area for food service Three separate areas that can be set up for meeting or event space with white boards, Apple TV, etc. Chairs can be set up on request. ** This is an office in an industrial area with a wall of West facing windows. The open area stays approximately 72-74 degrees, but can feel a bit warmer during the late afternoon/evening in the summer months. Fans are provided to help circulate the air and maintain comfort
