About the Space
❕INTERIOR This room has 1 wall with 4 huge windows. All the walls are white, except one cement wall with rust in the boho corner. The floors are white. Small bathroom with toilet, sink, and a mirror. The ceiling is about 12ft tall and it’s about 1500sft. ❕LIGHTING Natural lighting is perfect in the area around windows at any weather till an hour before the sunset, “window-like” lighting panels are installed all over the room to create identical to natural light lighting. There are also 3 movable lighting panels, that can be placed anywhere you wish! You are welcome to bring your own lighting! ❕HEATING -NO heaters are installed in this spaces yet, but my landlord promised to get that done by the end of November. It’s an old brick building so it gets pretty cold with no heating. I also can’t use electric heaters due to the limited amount of power in the building (there used to be no power at all on this floor, now it’s shared with the other spaces, if I plug the electrical heaters in, it will trip). I am waiting for the gas heaters to be installed as much as you do 🙂

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
