COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

About the Space

Space is available for hourly booking at our Dallas location. You choose the setup and we'll do the rest. >HOURLY RATE: $15 >AMENITIES: Wi-fi, Display monitor with HDMI connection, Dry Erase Board, Tables, Chairs, Refrigerator, Onsite Deli & Complimentary Bottled Water >USES: Space can be used to host a variety of events such as a workshop, seminar, class, conference, training, interview session, etc. ># of GUESTS: All setups can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. However, a few setups can accommodate up to 10 guests. *Please note that rental includes the use of our back office only (see photo of the suite overview)

Jane’s space was OUTSTANDING! Absolutely LOVED the setup and hospitality!!! Directions to get to the space were clear and easy to follow and communication was SMOOTH! Yes, I would book again.

Jane was an amazing host! This was a last minute booking and there was no issue. She was super responsive to our questions the day before and day of . The space was accommodated to the pictures and our preferences. We had our retreat where we did planning. The room was spacious enough for us to sit in and easy to find as well. I recommend this room for small meetings!
