About the Space
The perfect outdoor space for any event, large or small. The pool is big: 40' x 20', 10 feet deep with a diving board and hot tub. The yard, also big: half-acre lot with sunny and shady areas, grass and artificial turf--great for lawn games, taking pictures, lounging, or whatever else you need. The covered patio features a bar with 6 stools, a table with 6 seats, two 65" TVs, lounge chairs, a day bed, built-in cooler, refrigerator, plus fans and misters to keep you cool. Connect your phone to outdoor speakers that can be heard through the entire space. I'm happy to host birthdays, graduations, bachelor/bachelorette, proposals, engagements, wedding parties, baby showers, gender reveals...also yoga classes, swimming lessons, lifeguard training and much more. Owen was very responsive in the planning stage and very helpful during the event. Great covered patio space, two separate bar areas for food and drink set up and a very nice size pool. The best surprise was the shady spot under the trees by the hammock. It was a great spot to set up our tables for brunch.

Celebrated my 21st birthday here with family and everyone absolutely LOVED this private pool paradise. It's way bigger than I imagined and was so beautiful. The misters definitely were a hit for my party, it was supposed the hottest day of the week we were there. The space overall is just amazing. Owen is a great host!
