Metered parking available. Preferred parking garage is SP+ Parking (located at 208 E. 6th St. Los Angeles, CA 90014) is $6 for the day, catty corner to the Merchant Exchange Building on the northeast corner of 7th St. and Los Angeles St.

Typically, we are not huge fans of rules, but we ask that you respect our space by adhering to the following. Fines will occur if you choose to be a rebel: The use of glitter, confetti, flour or anything that would be difficult to get out of the sand floor is absolutely prohibited No smoking of any kind in any parts of the building No food or beverage consumption unless otherwise cleared by ‘Til Death Studios in advance If you’d like to use any fabric or additional equipment, contact us directly. Do not take without asking. We keep track and monitor our inventory after every session, so please don’t try to be sneaky The floors are sensitive! Please be gentle when walking on them and try not to track sand outside of the studio Do not kick, throw or remove sand flooring Do not stand on furniture No pets (we love furry friends, but they often think the sand flooring is a great place for a potty) Do not attach anything to walls Feel free to move furniture and plants around, but please put them back where you found them Carry out all trash. Leave your trash by the service elevator, ring the button once and you are good to go (we have excellent service in this building) VERY IMPORTANT: Nothing above 8’ unless otherwise cleared with ‘Til Death Studio staff. This includes c - stands, people, props, fabric, lighting, etc. This is an old building with sensitive fire sprinklers, and if one gets bumped and activated, you will be responsible for any water damage that occurs. DO NOT HANG ANYTHING from the pipes.
