Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
A deep cleaning is performed prior to event and after each event. All surfaces are disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Full bar complete with 2 taps of local beer built in the basement of our home. Decorated with antique cash register, pool table, pinball machines, slot machine, dart board, wine cellar, a ladies corner snug with lit stained glass background and collections to keep your eyes entertained from beer taps to antique toys. Half bath available hidden behind a bookcase. A hidden TV is behind a oneway mirror set in the back bar. It would be a great space for filming a movie scene or advertisement photo shoots.

General Rules
No smoking in the bar or on the premises.
Outside catering is allowed. Outside space available on patio if needed.
Alcohol is not for sale.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is one video and recording camera in a corner that views the entrance door. It will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
