About the Space
Enjoy access to the main floor of a three story townhome in Washington DC. Located in a private residential neighborhood, the townhome has been fully renovated with custom white finishes, emerald accents, and designer furnishings. Space includes two large televisions, high speed internet, and gourmet kitchen. Guests can also enjoy a black Versace accented bathroom. Plenty of seating, including a 6-seat dining table with accent chairs and separate den space. 2 private parking spaces available in the rear. Additional free parking available in the front of the home. House includes front yard, backyard, as well as large front porch with seating and back deck area. *Access to the first floor fully renovated 1 bed/1 bath basement also available upon request. ** Access to additional folding table and chairs available upon request.

Erica was very responsive and sweet. One of the few hosts that accepted and responded to my booking in a timely manner. My guests spoke highly about her space and how it was the perfect place to have my birthday. It looked exactly as it did in the photos. It was spacious but still cozy, the exact atmosphere I wanted for my event. The only fault I had was with the A/C. It got very warm in the middle and the nest control was a bit confusing but Erica responded and told me that some of the vents were closed. Opening the vents did help a bit but wish they were open beforehand. It also would’ve been nice to receive the wifi in the booking. We had to find the router to connect. But overall great place and I would book again. She even left us a few chairs and a small folding table to use!
