COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The entire house is cleaned every Tuesday, and wiped down between every rental.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space has the following features:

About the Space

I've converted my 1916 bungalow into three flexible spaces for photography and videography. The downstairs was previously a parlor, sitting room and great room. Everything is beautifully appointed and ready to shoot or record at anytime of the day or night. Handpainted staircase, 2 original fireplaces, original hardwood floors, and several amazing wall installations -- 330 white wooden stars, 3-dimensional vintage pallet wood wall and a clean white shiplap wall. Ever shifting vintage furniture props throughout and great natural light from all angles. I have 4 six-foot folding tables for craft services and/or equipment as well as 19 folding chairs if needed stored in a closet upstairs.

Parking description

8 space parking lot, plus public street parking around the building on side and in front.

General Rules

No smoking. Keep doors shut while AC is on. Outside catering is allowed. Sound ordinance after 10 means, no loud music. No entering rented tenant spaces upstairs or downstairs.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras located in parking lot, hallway and front porch.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
