Our space is 3230 sq ft, you are able to use the whole space and it has multiple luxury spots. (( ONLY 2 HOURS MINIMUS)) THE PRINCIPLE TO RENT THE STUDIO IS TO READ AND RESPECT THE RULES. ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE EXACT WHEN ENTERING OR EXITING YOUR BOOKING YOU CAN'T ENTER EARLIER OR EXIT LATER (IF YOU NEED EXTRA TIME YOU SHOULD ADD IT TO YOUR BOOKING NOW THAT MANY TIMES WE DONT HAVE IT AVAILABLE AND WE WILL HELP YOU WITH THAT) ITS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE STUDIO IN TIMES OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOOKING IF THIS HAPPENS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SPENT IN THE STUDIO. WERE A VERY BUSY STUDIO WITH BOOKINGS AFTER BOOKINGS AND WE DONT WANT TO LOSE TIME WITH THIS. THE CLEANING PERSON WILL OPEN THE DOOR TO THE STUDIO WHEN IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO EXIT (NOW THAT NO ONE WILL ENTER DURING YOUR BOOKING WHICH IS WHY WE ASK THAT YOU MAINTAIN THE DOOR CLOSED ALWAYS PLEASE RESPECT THESE RULES) We know the time in the studio goes by very fast and we want everyone to make content and enjoy the studio to its max (( MINIMUS BOOKING TIME IS 2 HOURS )) please, it is a minimum of 2 hours !! (( Please, we appreciate that you do not send a request of at least 2 hours or it will get declined )) You will love our space. Looking at it in person, you'll fall in love with it. It has 16 windows around in which receives natural lighting all day. The frontal windows receive lighting from the east and the side windows receive light from the south. From 7 am to 5:30 pm, the studio will have a lovely natural lighting on sunny days. We also have curtains in case you do not want the light from the sun. The size for our studio will impress you and all of the spots you can shoot in will also impress you. Every month we try to make the space better by adding new items that you'll love. Our studio is found in the heart of Downtown LA. Our studio is on the 6th floor and we have a beautiful view and the location for the studio on the floor will let you work very comfortably very easily and without anyone that can bother you ever. additionally, we have the bathrooms for men and women diagonally from our studio (big bathrooms with 3 stalls, always clean with warm water, paper, and everything you'll need) The building is very easy to work in now that it has 3 large elevators and 1 cargo elevator. The 3 elevators are at the entrance of the building and the cargo elevator is found at the back part of the building in which you can enter through an alley before the building. You should arrive at the end on the left side past the building parking. you will find an additional parking where you can park your car then, go into the cargo elevator and then move your car to a parking you chose. The schedule for the cargo elevator is from Monday to Friday, its from 8 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays 8am to 12 pm, and on Sundays the cargo elevator is closed now that the building closes at exactly 6 pm on that day. For the parking, the building has a parking in the basement of the building but we do not recommend it because it is very small and gets filled very quick, it has a cost of $8 a day. Its your decision if you want to use it. The building is near many parking lots and the prices are from $8-$12 per day. We recommend passing the entrance of the building, you will find a second alley. The address is 724 S. Main ST. Los Angeles CA 90014 It has a price of $10 per day. This parking has a entrance through the Los Angeles St. and Main St. Its the most recommendable because of the fast access of the building. We also recommend a second parking that is on the 212 E 7th ST. Los Angeles CA 90014. It's a very big parking close to the colorful buildings. We recommend to park in the small area behind the building toward Los Angeles St now that it has entrance through the building that will take you straight to the entrance of the studios building. this parking has a cost of $8 per day. You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time to not receive any tickets. Our studio can be used great for Fashion Photography, E-commerce, social Media content, Commercial and print photography, Product shots, interviews, fitness, podcast, photoshoots and videos, apparel shoots, head shots, amazing lighting for lingerie shoots, TV series, and more. The studio will also be clean for you now that we are very strict with how its cleaned. please read the rules to not have any extra fees for your booking ( please just respect the rules) If you have any questions, please contact us.
