the lighting in this studio, we have 16 large windows that register the whole place, on sunny days it starts from 7:30 am in all the east windows a beautiful bright light until 12:00 pm then we have constant light input but it starts through the windows again at 2:00 pm to 6:30pm in the summer often as late as 7:00 in the south and part west windows due to the location of the building

If your pet makes any damages to the studio there will be an extra fee. If your pet does pee or poo in the studio there will be an extra fee. If you want to bring your pet do it professionally and keeping the cleanses and carefulness of the studio to not have to pay extra. Remember it’s a photographic studio and we are very careful with our studio is cleaned before and after every booking. NO LOUD MUSIC NO PAINT, NO CHEMICAL PRODUCTS, NO BODY BRONZER THAT CAN RUIN THE FURNITURE OR TO DAMAGE THE SPACE. The restrooms are on the same floor, and are separated, male and female (BEHIND THE FIRST ENTRANCE, YOU WILL FIND A GREEN KEY FOR THE MENS BATHROOM AND A PINK ONE FOR THE WOMENS BATHROOM, PLEASE MAINTAIN THE KEY BEHIND THE DOOR AFTER USE) Remember to leave the furniture like the way you found it. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way like we left it for you, we have a charge of 120$ now that the studio has to be in perfect conditions like the way we are giving it to vou.
