Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Although normal industry and governmental guidelines should be followed, care is taken between shoots to ensure that all surfaces have been cleaned and disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Beautiful, updated 1948 ranch in a very quiet neighborhood. Open beam ceiling in very large great room with hardwood walls and refinished doweled hardwood floors. Modern, hip furniture and art. Pool on large lot with two gates for access. Modern, bright kitchen. Diverse areas for creative shots including a large two tier backyard with pool, detached garage, long driveway and massive, unique great room. Neighborhood has lots of experience with filming with ample street parking. This property has hosted multi day shoots in the past with great success. Lot is nearly 10,000 sqft, house is 1,600 sqft.

General Rules

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Furniture must be moved back to where it was found
Proof of production insurance will be required for any large productions
For shoots over 2 days (1 day prep, 1 day or more of shooting), a discount for the prep day is offered of 50% off of >8 hr rate.
A deposit is required for multi-day shoots.
A fee for a site rep will be paid separately from the facility rental cost for multi day shoots
A relocation fee and dog boarding fee will be charged for multi day shoots.
Multi day discounts are offered depending on shoot length
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and decorations may be moved but should be replaced undamaged to their original position before wrap.
