Our Suite boasts style and comfort with beautiful interior design and furnishings. This large conference space can suit a variety of events such as conferences, meetings, receptions, AGMs, presentations and more. Day Delegate packages include delegate stationery, bottles of filtered water, flipchart, whiteboard, projector, screen, microphones (up to 3), lectern, digital signage and laptop if required. The meetings & events centre is in the Westminster area of central London, a short walk from Victoria rail and underground stations. There are seven meeting rooms, the largest of which the Rippington Suite accommodates up to 180 delegates with plenty of space for catering, exhibitions and networking events. The further 6 rooms, catering from 2 to 60 delegates, are ideal for meetings, interviews, training courses and seminars. Each room is equipped with digital signage, projectors and wall mounted iPads that provide a one-touch control system for sound, lighting and air-conditioning. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the centre. A range of mouth-watering menus is available from our environmentally-friendly catering partner Eden who provides inventive, delicious and stylishly presented food using only the freshest and where possible locally sourced ingredients. Our friendly and efficient events team are on-site to assist you from initial enquiry through to support on the day of your event. We offer highly competitive hourly, half and full day room hire rates and all-inclusive day delegate rates. Everything from our pricing to our environmental policy reflects our charitable status.
