Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Disinfectant is used between each reservation to ensure a safe and clean environment for all guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This Room is the GREEN/WHITE ROOM ONLY. Only access permitted outside of that area is restroom and bar. All guest must remain in GREEN/WHITE ROOM! NO Exceptions.

General Rules

Reservation Waiver must be completed at time of rental. No more than 10 guest in small studios. No more than 25 guest in Green/White Room. Facility Capacity: 175 Guest No outside liquor/beer/wine or beverage of any kind. Food and Catering are allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

No moving furniture and decorations

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras throughout building and facility.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
