Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We do not use recirculated air and we have uv lights with our hvac units.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have seating for 60. Total standing and seated inside 120. We have patio space also that can accommodate an additional 24 guest for seating. We do have a stage for a 3-4 piece band. Our facility does include a Bistro kitchen with a limited menu. Our space has a modern industrial feel with comfortable seating. There is also a private room that can be used for a podcast studio or seating for 15 guest.

150 cars can park around our facility all paved.

General Rules

We only serve wine inside our facility. No smoking allowed inside. Outside is acceptable after 6pm. No confetti or wall tape allowed. Cleanup fee accessed based on event type. Other rules are based on event type and time of day.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras video only in main restaurant and tasting room.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
