Michael was helpful and very responsive. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for our business meeting (11 ppl). The cost was reasonable and I would recommend it. We did have a little issue with the house alarm going off after we entered and we didn't have the code to disarm it (that thing is LOUD!) But all was resolved in about 10 minutes so not a huge deal. One recommendation - there were hand towels in each bathroom to dry your hands which is fine if there are just 2 of you (or if you're a family) but not a group - I would recommend disposable towels in the bathrooms.

This is such a wonderful house! Well furnished and arranged. Great design layout that will accommodate all sorts of stays, gatherings and meetings. Michael, the host, was always very prompt with answers to questions and paid very close attention to details. I will definitely use this again in the future. Everyone in my party loved it
