COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
-Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
-Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
-Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
-Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

Our apartment provides a comfortable, laid back aesthetic. Great view all around with great amenities such as a game room lounge, grilling areas, gym, pool, and more! Free parking. General Rules
No parties

No animals unless approved by hosts
No photoshoots involving hanging out of the window/balcony
Additional rules:
- No unauthorized visitors
- Limit 4 people per reservation
*Must be approved by hosts before booking
- You may not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property
- Please do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests
- A ring doorbell camera is located at the front door for both the property and guest's safety. Tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without a refund
- You may move furniture and decorations. Please reset the rooms back once finished.
- Quiet time: 9 pm-6 am (Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during your stay)
Note the following fees:
* Key Fob– Cost to replace the key fob is $150
* Unauthorized pet fee - $250 (We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before booking)
* Smoking violation penalty - $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* Unauthorized guests - $25 per person
