Assa's Private Studio

This place is complete self-service. ----------------------- The studio is located on the lower level with a separate entry. It's an apartment and there is no elevator. Just one short flight. --------------------------------- You will be provided an access code that will allow you to gain access into the studio and will only work during your scheduled booking time. After booking, you will receive two video instructions that will help you find the building and get inside. --------------------------------- We are located in Brooklyn. The nearest transportation is the 3 train with a short distance walk (8 minutes) This Studio is 550 sqft and has a high benefit of use for your photoshoots and video-shoots, with multiple different sceneries. There is no natural light, however the room is very bright and spacious. There's a dressing room and a restroom included. Studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY). I do check in periodically to make sure everything is up-to-date and guests are abiding by the rules. -------------------------------- You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$ 10 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Please do not move any of the props from the floral set unless you request it prior to your booking.
