Perfect open floor plan that comes furnished or unfurnished for various events, such - small dinner parties - photoshoots - other small functions (please inquire if you do not see your event type on the list) - baby showers - bridal showers - small bachelorette gatherings - small game nights It includes 2 bathrooms that are available and access to a room for dressing. Please not if you need this space. Expanding dining table perfect for dinner parties.

Parking description
The property includes 2 garage spaces, 2 spaces outside the garage and 1 space in front of the property. There is also available street parking.
General Rules
No smoking is allowed inside the property. This includes the garage. Violation of this will result additional fees and ejection of you and all of your guests from the property immediately without question.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Photos are required at the beginning and end of the event.
- A host will be available to ensure all guidelines are followed.
There are other guidelines along with the space. Please ask questions before booking.

The property is cleaned and disinfected between events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
