This is a stunning, open-concept 2,400 square foot live-work loft located in the heart of the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. This historic building, which was originally a part of the Santa Fe Train Station, mixes the old and new to offer comfort and luxury. Our 9 foot floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the city's sunny skyline views, and offer fabulous natural light to accentuate your events. Our space is perfect for small businesses such as photographers, consultants, remote employees, make-up artists, freelancers, digital media gurus, and more! In the past, we have hosted several headshot sessions for actors and other artists. However, our flexible space is conducive to lifestyle shoots with more relaxed and cozier themes. The open floor plan includes a full size kitchen, living/work room, a bedroom, and bathroom. Appliances include a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, etc. There are tan velvet drapes that can be pulled to cover the windows or removed completely with the railing. Each room offers various sized desks, coffee tables, sofas, arm chairs, and statement pieces for your liking. The furniture can be rearranged as long as its returned to its original state. The loft is located on the 10th floor of our unit. There are multiple elevators and staircases for your use. The space is surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants and parks that can offer a nice interlude during your work day. Some of our favorite downtown spots include Big Man Bakes, Sweet Greens, and the Arts District Park. All are within walking distance. Also, there are several Metro System train stations and bus stops conveniently located near us. The closest train station is the Pershing Square station which is a brisk ten minute walk away. The closest bus stop is approximately 500 feet away on Main Street. There is metered street parking available for guests and public parking across the street at Los Angeles Garage Associates Parking Deck.
