COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We provide hand sanitizer, a bathroom sink with soap available, and we book 15 minutes of extra time to your booking which will allow time for you to wipe down all high traffic areas and put the room back to the way you found it. We block 2 hours inbetween all bookings so that we are able to properly clean and disinfect between guests to ensure the safety of ourselves and our guests

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

The space is designed to appeal to professional photographers but it’s also perfect for beginners, for people who want to elevate their online presence or book a photo shoot just for fun! It is located on the ground level and features a newly renovated 350 square foot space with 9-foot ceilings, tons of natural light, studio lighting and photo props to choose from.

Security cameras and recording devices

For your safety, we have 1 video camera that allows for full surveillance of the space. This will not be monitored during the time of your booking but rather used for safety precautions and security of Studio Hensall. This camera is ONLY located in the main area and not located in the bathroom or hallway.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
