Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Guest is responsible for returning Space back to original set up. Clean supplies is provided with disinfectant cleaner to be used to preventing the spread of COVID.
$200 Refundable Incidental Fee is due no later than one week prior to the event paid via Paypal or Square.
Incidental Fee is required to secure any damages that may incur during event booking hours. Renter will be notified of any fines/fee’s charges occurred in written. Incidental fee will be release back to Renter after closing of event if issued via cash or placed back on card 3-5 business days depending on Renter’s bank guidelines. Refund is given based on if there is no damages or fines occurred during event booking hours.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

General Rules
Whether you choose a 4, 6, 8 or 12 hour time block on the weekend (Fri-Sun) or, 3 or more hours on a weekday (Mon-Thu), all of our rentals include tables, chairs, basic linens, floating candle centerpieces. The number of hours selected includes your set-up and breakdown time, so be sure to plan adequate time for decorating before and clean-up after your event.
You are able to bring in vendors of your choice for catering, event planning and decor. However, a list of local, referenced vendors can be provided for your convenience. For events where alcohol will be consumed, licensed and insured bartenders (supplied by Social Studio for an additional cost) must be used.
