The space is conveniently located in Addison Circle. It is 1300+ square feet with the ability to be rented for multiple uses including but not limited to: photo/video projects, bridal showers, baby showers, small parties, workshops, and professional gatherings. For reservations, time must include set up and clean up time. The studio includes a private bathroom. Five 6 ft folding tables and 30 white folding chairs are available for events and INCLUDED in your reservation. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE STUDIO UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION START TIME AND MUST BE COMPLETELY OUT BY YOUR RESERVATION END TIME. You are able to bring in any food or drinks (including alcohol). Check out more photos and FAQs at studiovandv.com. You will receive set up and clean up instructions after booking. (Peerspace's "cleaning fee" is our general event fee and does not cover full cleaning of the space. This additional fee is not refundable or any sort of retainer/deposit.) We do not allow DJs or outside sound systems/speakers. We also do not allow any confetti. We have a bluetooth speaker available for your event. Space is great. Easy access, looks exactly like the pictures. The cleaning supplies provided was very helpful. A microphone would be nice considering we can’t bring in our own sound equipment. It was hard to talk across the room.

This space was sheer perfection, intimate but still spacious. The all white walls and marble tan floor is exactly what I needed for the elegant event I was having. Everything was easy to access, even connecting the Bluetooth speaker to my iPad so we could have a nice playlist going throughout the night. VERY CLEAN, we got the access code 5 minutes before the event and didn’t have to focus on anything but setup. Allison is a dream to work with, so kind, professional, and warm. I’m in love and can’t wait to come back to this place. Also, the pricing was wonderful! During a time where inflation is insane, the cost was very efficient. The area is also beautiful in general. Love that it sits within a small community so you don’t have the busyness or distractions, parking was super convenient. My guest were in awe, as was I! Studio V + V for the win! I’m a forever fan! ❤️

Very easy to work with and great space. But bathroom was filthy and floors have not been cleaned in forever. Feet were black!

This venue is absolutely perfect for a small event. Easy to find, large free parking garage next door, great AC, tables and chairs included, I couldn't have found a better place for the value, quality, and location to hold my school banquet for 40 guests! They were super responsible and very accommodating. I will definitely be looking at Studio V+V for my future special events.
