PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION AND RULES PRIOR TO REQUESTING, REQUESTING CONFIRMS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE BELOW EXPECTATIONS :) Each reservation is $115/hr with a $100 event fee. The space is conveniently located in Addison Circle. It is 1300+ square feet with the ability to be rented for multiple uses including but not limited to: photo/video projects, bridal showers, baby showers, small parties, workshops, and professional gatherings. For reservations, time must include set up and clean up time. The studio includes a private bathroom. Five 6 ft folding tables and 30 white folding chairs are available for events and INCLUDED in your reservation. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE STUDIO UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION START TIME AND MUST BE COMPLETELY OUT BY YOUR RESERVATION END TIME. You are able to bring in any food or drinks (including alcohol). Check out more photos and FAQs at studiovandv.com. You will receive set up and clean up instructions after booking. (Peerspace's "cleaning fee" is our general event fee and does not cover full cleaning of the space. This additional fee is not refundable or any sort of retainer/deposit.) We do not allow DJs or outside sound systems/speakers. We also do not allow any confetti. We have a bluetooth speaker available for your event. Agreement Details Client wishes to utilize studio space for an event as detailed in this Agreement. Reservation Details. Only use the studio during purchased rental period and utilize sent pin pad code to enter. Reservation begins at the start of the purchased rental time and renter must be out of the Studio at the end of the purchased rental period. The number of booked hours describes the time of the rental period, including set up and tear down -- no extra time is given. Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party. Damage and Cleaning. Renter will leave the studio as it was found. All backdrops and furniture will be returned to their original place and all trash (including balloons and decorations) will be thrown away and taken out to the dumpster across the street. Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces. Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls. No confetti is allowed. Any item left behind is able to be thrown away and a charge may be added due to the owner's discretion. Renter agrees to be considerate of the regular walls or other furniture to avoid any damage. Move all furniture and equipment with care to avoid scratching on the floor (refrigerator and Bluetooth Speaker not to be moved). Leave the Studio and all fixtures in the same condition from when the renter arrives. All items brought to the Studio by renter are to be removed by renter. If the Studio is not in the same condition after rental time, Renter agrees to pay, if applicable, a minimum of $300 cleaning fee. - Renter agrees to the possible charge of any damaged items, walls, or extra time utilized. For premises/property damages (furniture, floor, building, etc.), renter agrees to pay total repair costs selected at Studio V + V owner's discretion. Restrictions. Renter agrees to keeping music to a considerate level due to the residential area the studio is located. NO DJS OR PERSONAL SOUND SYSTEMS/SPEAKERS. No smoking is allowed in the Studio. Nudity is prohibited in the studio. All renters under 18 years old will need to be supervised by an adult. No animals are allowed in the studio. No confetti is allowed. Cancellation. You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time before your reservation by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked (if your booking was 1, 2, or 3 hours) or the dollar amount spent (for half day or full day rentals) that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Full day, short day and half day rental hours cannot be split up and used separately. Your credit will expire 18 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests for events received within 48 hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Reschedules under 2 weeks from your event will incur a $100 fee. Permitted Uses of Product(s). Renter grants the studio for commercial use of all images at event only so long as the studio provides renter with attribution each time the studio uses renter's property. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts: 1. In photos on Studio V + V's social media pages or profiles Event Insurance. Agreement encourages proof of event insurance seven days prior to event for your security. Force Majeure. Notwithstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to: 1. A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, pandemic, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or 2. War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or 3. Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

Space is great. Easy access, looks exactly like the pictures. The cleaning supplies provided was very helpful. A microphone would be nice considering we can’t bring in our own sound equipment. It was hard to talk across the room.

This space was sheer perfection, intimate but still spacious. The all white walls and marble tan floor is exactly what I needed for the elegant event I was having. Everything was easy to access, even connecting the Bluetooth speaker to my iPad so we could have a nice playlist going throughout the night. VERY CLEAN, we got the access code 5 minutes before the event and didn’t have to focus on anything but setup. Allison is a dream to work with, so kind, professional, and warm. I’m in love and can’t wait to come back to this place. Also, the pricing was wonderful! During a time where inflation is insane, the cost was very efficient. The area is also beautiful in general. Love that it sits within a small community so you don’t have the busyness or distractions, parking was super convenient. My guest were in awe, as was I! Studio V + V for the win! I’m a forever fan! ❤️

Easy to find, large free parking garage next door, great AC, tables and chairs included, I couldn't have found a better place for the value, quality, and location to hold my school banquet for 40 guests! They were super responsible and very accommodating. I will definitely be looking at Studio V+V for my future special events.
