About the Space
Hours of Operation & Rates 8am to 6pm - 2hr minimum - $100/hr This charming and charismatic loft is perfect for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, interviews, commercials, and more. The main room features 2 large tables and an elegant, custom-built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms or add various intimate shots to any production. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and beautiful art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue. Elevate your shoot and cultivate a memorable experience in this gorgeously modern loft! We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and quiet environments. The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any and all questions. Also Featuring: - High-speed WiFi - State-of-the-art surround sound audio equipment - 55” Samsung QLED picture frame TV with YouTube Premium subscription - 8ft floor mirror - Black-out curtains - Garment rack with hangers - Kitchen with island, refrigerator, and microwave - 11 ft ceilings, exposed brick & hardwood floors - Furnished rooftop (our rooftop is weather permitting and available from May 1st to October 31st) - 2 gender-neutral bathrooms - Central heating and AC - Elevator access for easy equipment load-in and out - Hand sanitizing stations We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to Covid-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. **We do not reschedule any dates that have already been booked. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. ***At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings in either of our venues with clients that do not have any previous booking reviews and we are not hosting photo workshops or boudoir shoots.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This venue is Breathtakingly beautiful. It was perfect for the vibes I was going for, elevated elegance! Very clean and true to the pictures shown. Love all the little room with different decors. Angi was there to let us in and showed us how everything works and then left. We made sure to start wrapping up 30min prior to our 2pm leave time and that’s when she returned. I will definitely rent this space again.

Wonderful space and very responsive host. Highly recommend. For video shooting, keep in mind the elevator opens right up into the space…which while convenient means you may have to station someone at the door to avoid noise. Thanks for a successful shoot!

The space is gorgeous and immaculate! The different areas provide lots of visual variety for photography and space for production. The host is very and flexible; we felt well-supported by the on-site reps. The two bathrooms and kitchenette also are great help with logistics for a team. Overall, an A++ rental!

Great space! Clean, well maintained, perfect for photo shoots where you want some rooms with natural light and others flash or add lighting. Furniture was lightweight to move when needed but looked high end/substantial in photos which is very important! We were interested in a classic NYC hotel vibe for part of the shoot and the small rooms were perfect. The back wall with texture and hallway may have actually been my favorite (and unexpected) area to shoot! I would 100% recommend booking this space.
