About the Space
As soon as you walk into the loft, you can't miss the 15ft floor to ceiling windows. The exposed brick arches and wall surround the loft and overlooks Pioneer Squares historic neighborhood. It is an open format loft, fully furnished, with furniture that is easy to move around if you are looking for an empty/open space. We can work around your needs. The space can be used for film or photography. Has gone through both, and it provides a fun, relaxed, and unique experience! This is my primary home, but I keep it organized, not cluttered, etc. The overall space is 1700 square ft. From the east facing windows, you will notice the famous historic neon sign that remains lit at night, "Rooms 75¢" sign at the State Hotel from the 1900. You can also see views of the Smith Tower and Columbia Tower. There is easy elevator access for production equipment in this 100 year old building. 82 inch mounted swivel TV and sound bar that can connect to blue tooth with high speed internet. Past work in the space has varied from product shoots, portraits, films, documentary series, dance, and creative videos. **Note this rental is for the main living area with the 4 windows and exposed brick, one bathroom, and kitchen for use. It is my home so my bedroom is not part of this rental. This space worked great for our video shoot. Noise from outside was minimal and the outdoor light was great. Juliet was a great host and allowed me to see the space a few days before to get everything set. The unit was ready to go when we rolled up, and we would book again for another shoot!

Juliet was a wonderful host and the space was incredible. The photos really don't do this place justice. Old growth hardwood flooring, exposed brich archways, big old windows looking out at buildings from the late 1800s, it's all so cool! I booked for a private photoshoot with a photographer and the place worked great.
