All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This quaint, 2nd-floor, atrium is located on the Southside of Chicago in the historic Morgan Park neighborhood. The clean and well-lit space is best used for small VIP receptions, book signings, photo shoots, and more. The unique layout of the space allows for different table and/or chair configurations. There is an elevator, handicapped accessibility, and large women and men restroom facilities. The neutral décor of the atrium space allows for a myriad of options when decorating.

Parking description

There are 4 parking lots and ample street parking. Out of the 4 parking lots, 2 are paved and gated. The gated and paved lots can hold up to 50 cars each. The remaining 2 parking lots are not paved, nor gated, however they can hold up to 30 cars each.

Equipment loading description

There is a ramp located outside of the entrance door that can be used for loading and unloading. In addition to the ramp, there is an elevator available for use to access the second floor.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras located outside of the building at all entrances. In addition to the outside cameras, they are cameras inside of the building near entrances and in the hallways. The cameras are recording at all times. There are absolutely no recording devices or cameras in the bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
