About the Space

The space is beautiful and perfect for many different styles of video or photo shoots, pop up stores, live events for music or parties, self tapes, live stream Dance classes, Only Fans shoots. I shoot my YouTube show here weekly and we dance, sing and have acting work shops. Studio is securely located on the second floor with stunning huge windows. The neighborhood is stunning and very safe - "Spaulding Square" If your meeting resembles and "event"/"party" you will be charged the extra cleaning fees and hourly rates associated with holding events within my space. All windows are insulated to help keep out sound and light. Insulation is removable if natural light is needed. You can configure the space to suit your needs. Green screen lighting and fabric can be set up in any room. Paper rolls and stands can be set up in any room with natural or studio lighting. Theres a main studio 33 feet long 16 feet wide Office/Production space 11 feet wide 16 feet long Studio ( sound and light proof ) perfect for audio and podcast recording 11 feet wide 16 feet long Main Studio Disco lights, stage lights, studio lights. Stools & stage for teaching or performance. Mirrors - mirrored wall for dance. Self Tape recording studio. Podcast recording studio. Curtains - Room can be fully closed by drapes on walls. 3 walls black and 1 wall white or 4 walls white Paper roll - 9 feet wide black and white paper rolls & stands Excellent sound system with mixer, microphones, cordless microphones 5 Mirror Balls Office / meeting space 6 people dining table TV with wifi 2 lounge chairs Separate studio Mirrors, sound proofing, table & chairs, studio lighting, podcast mic’s, TV with wifi and monitor. Bathroom Mens & Ladies restrooms. Espresso machine, 2 TV’s, microwave, fridge, large table and chairs, lounge chairs, 30 stools, sound system & mixer, AC separate mens & ladies restrooms.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Honestly the best host and space I ever been too! Space was just like the pictures, with everything already there ready for you. Host was amazing as well! Helped with what we needed to know, and was great with responding. Will definitely have to recommend to everyone.

BP was a fantastic host. When we arrived, he gave us a quick and thorough overview of the space and even helped us unpack the party supplies! The space itself was perfect - the karaoke setup worked well and there was plenty of space for hanging out. Some of the items on hand (paper plates!) came in handy as we forgot to pack a few things. We would definitely come back!
