About the Space

The space is beautiful and perfect for many different styles of video or photo shoots, Birthday parties, Holiday Parties, pop up stores, live events, self tapes, live stream Dance classes, Only Fans shoots.Studio is securely located on the second floor with stunning huge windows. No under 21 year old parties unless supervised by adults. No alcohol permitted for under 21. The neighborhood is stunning and very safe - "Spaulding Square" All windows can be insulated to help keep out sound and light if filming. The price starts at $150 per hour until midnight. The cleaning fee is $100 Main Studio Disco lights, stage lights, studio lights. Stools & stage for teaching or performance. Mirrors - mirrored wall for dance. Excellent sound system with mixer, microphones, cordless microphones 5 Mirror Balls Separate studio Bathroom Mens & Ladies restrooms.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This venue was perfect for my Renaissance dance party! BP communicated efficiently and was the perfect host. Our space was set up exactly as hoped, the price was fair, and Nathan, the manager, was friendly and helpful. I hope anyone renting out this space will see how lucky they are to have this level of service and treat BP and his space with the respect they deserve. Thank you!!!!

BP is a great host ! Upon arrival there was a designated parking spot for one vehicle so my team and I did not have to worry about metered parking. BP gave us a tour of the space & made sure we had everything we needed for our 8 hour product Photoshoot.
